- 1. Select the type of report, the user can select "data problem", "system problem", "operational problem", "suggestion or feedback", and "others".
- 2. Fill in reports user`s email address, and customer service team will reply to this email address.
- 3. Fill in the report content and enter the description of the problem.
- 4. Complete the report, click [Submit] button to send the report to the system.
