There are three types of backstage management role which are system administrator, agency manager, and data provider. Schemas are listed, removed, and reviewed according to different role permissions. If you want to become a data provider, you need to be assigned by the agency managers; if you want to become an agency manager, you need to submit an application form and authorized by the system administrator.
(1) Apply for a data provider

Applicants must have a “My E-Government” official account.

If your organization already has an agency manager, please ask the manager of the organization to go to the backstage "Permission Management> Account Management Page" to set up personnel as the data provider.
(3)
If your organization does not have a manager yet, please first apply for authority from the system administrator.
(2) Apply for an administrator

Applicants must have a “My E-Government” official account.
(2)
For those who do not have the backstage authority, please fill in and scan the 政府資料標準平臺機關管理者申請書 and send it to the customer service mailbox.
(3)
If you already have the backstage authority, go to the backstage "Permission Management> Apply for permission page" to fill in the information, scan and upload the application form.
(4)
After the application form information is permitted, the system administrator will set the authority and inform the applicant by E-mail.
